8th Annual 40 Percent Symposium | 12th April 2018
The 40 Percent Symposium makes a welcome return to Berlin on the 12th April 2018.
Our focus for the 2018 conference is on technology and disruption, so where better to hold the Symposium than Berlin, one of the technology hubs of Europe. The positive industry disruption which technology brings will be a key factor in shaping our agenda for the 40 Percent Symposium 2018 in Berlin but investors need to see the value in cognitive buildings where tenants share space and no one knows what their business will look like in 5 years time.
The Symposium is aimed at investors, portfolio owners, project developers and consultants and provides an invaluable opportunity for open discussion around sustainability and technology in real estate, sharing best practice and knowledge. We will have some of the foremost speakers in this rapidly changing world.
The format of the conference provides ample opportunity for informal discussion with speakers and delegates, making it one of the key events to attend for those in the real estate sector. Please note, the event is delivered in English.
The 40 Percent Symposium 2018 will be held at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Berlin. Delegates receive a discounted accomodation rate once they have reserved their place at the Symposium. To register, please click here.
