ES EnviroSustain will host The 40 Percent Symposium 2018 in Berlin.
ES EnviroSustain’s main concern – reflected by its name – is environment and sustainability. Since founded in 2001 by Birgit Memminger-Rieve PhD and Frank Burchardi the company has developed into a Europe-wide consulting firm for the real estate industry. Employed at the Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Berlin, and Flensburg branches, the interdisciplinary team of architects, constructional engineers, building services engineers, environmental engineers, and geologists work in the interest of international clients.
The company offers extensive consulting services for existing and new buildings including technical and environmental due diligence as well as energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings. This encompasses energy audits, design and monitoring of energy efficiency measures as part of ISO 50001 energy management, project- and construction monitoring, Green Building certification with focus on LEED® and BREEAM and sustainability consulting on portfolio level including GRESB and Environmental Management approaches.
Over the past 15 years this has lead ES EnviroSustain to an impressive track record of green building certifications and due diligence across Europe with focus on existing commercial buildings.
To ensure a high level of quality for their clients and to share experiences with others ES is engaged with various organisations dealing with sustainability in the real estate sector. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality in consulting our clients, but also to enhance the available sustainability approaches and make them more appropriate for the demand of the real estate market.
